Shipping methods, shipping costs and delivery times

All our national and international orders are sent through our courier partner SEUR. At the time of delivery, a signature is required on the acknowledgment of receipt or delivery note. If at the time of delivery there is no one available for collection, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.

All new orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 16:00 GMT (with the exception of public holidays in Spain). Merchandise will be shipped every Monday and Thursday after payment is received.

Shipments to Spain and Europe:

All shipments to Spain and Europe will be made DDP (Delivery Duties Paid), which means that all import taxes and shipping costs are already included in the total (reflected on the invoice as taxes) and no additional payment will be necessary. at the time of delivery of your order. In the case of a return all import taxes and shipping costs will not be reimbursed by esennia.com.

Shipping to the rest of the world:

For all shipments with delivery in the rest of the world, any customs or import tax must be paid once the package reaches the country of destination. These expenses must be paid by the final recipient. esennia.com has no control over these charges and it is not possible to predict how high they may be. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so to obtain information regarding these expenses, the recipient should contact their local customs office. In case of a return or rejection of merchandise, these expenses will not be reimbursed by esennia.com.

Order Tracking:

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email indicating the SEUR tracking number. You can check the status of your order 24 hours after receiving the email through the link provided.
