SHIPPING METHODS, COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
All our national and international orders are sent through our courier partner SEUR. At the time of delivery, a signature is required on the proof of delivery or delivery note. If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a slip indicating how to arrange a new delivery.
All new orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM GMT (with the exception of public holidays in Spain). Goods will be shipped every Monday and Thursday after payment has been received.

Shipping to Spain and Europe:
All shipments to Spain and Europe will be made DDP (Delivery Duties Paid), which means that all import taxes and customs clearance costs are already included in the total (reflected on the invoice as taxes) and no additional payment will be necessary at the time of delivery of your order. In the event of a return, all import taxes and customs clearance costs will not be refunded by esennia.com.
Shipping to the rest of the world:
For all deliveries to the rest of the world, any customs or import taxes must be paid once the package arrives in the destination country. These costs must be paid by the final recipient. esennia.com has no control over these charges and it is not possible to predict how much they may be. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so for information on these charges, the recipient should contact their local customs office. In the event of a return or rejection of goods, these costs will not be refunded by esennia.com.
Order Tracking:
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email indicating the SEUR tracking number. You can check the status of your order 24 hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
