All our products are original and have been acquired within the Official selective distribution network to which we belong, and therefore are freely tradeable for the final consumer. These agreements are included in the contractual clauses with our Official Suppliers.

We consider this practice harmful to the image of our store network, the perfumery and cosmetics sector, and it is actively pursued by our suppliers.

Esennia is true to its commitment. If the customer is not satisfied with the received product, we facilitate the return and commit to exchanging the purchased item for another available on the Website or refunding its amount, should they so wish.
