You can pay by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. No additional cost.
- Shipping costs outside the Canary Islands for purchases under €65 are €12.
- Orders over €65 to the mainland have free shipping.
- Orders to the Canary Islands have free shipping.
1. PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
We accept the following cards for payment - Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express. All credit card payments are processed with the 3D Secure model, which is defined as follows:
a. When you choose payment by credit/debit card, we redirect you to the secure page (with data encryption) of our bank, Banco Santander Central Hispano, where you will be asked for the number, expiry date of your card and the CVV2/CVC2 code.
b. At this point you will go to a screen where the bank will ask you for your secret PIN used at ATMs or a special PIN (secret key) that you have previously requested from your bank.
c. Finally, you will see a page indicating the status of your payment. If the transaction has been authorised by the bank, you will be given the authorisation code. You can print this page. Press the "Close" button to finish the purchase process. You will then return to our website where we will thank you for shopping with us.
All credit or debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation both by us and by the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.

Important: It is very important that you mention your name and order number (provided at the confirmation step) when making the transfer or deposit. This way it can be linked to your account and your details. To speed up and ensure correct shipping, it is essential that you send a copy of the deposit to [email protected].
4. INVOICES
If you need a receipt for your order invoice, please contact us by phone or email. You must provide us with your order number, tax address and Tax ID (NIF).
