WAY TO PAY

You can pay by Credit Card or Bank Transfer Without any additional cost .
- Shipping costs outside the Canary Islands for purchases not exceeding €45 have a cost of €7.
- Orders over €45 to the peninsula do not have shipping costs.
- Orders to the Canary Islands do not have shipping costs.

1. PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD : We accept the following cards for payment - Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, American Express. All credit card payments are processed using the 3D Secure model which is defined as follows:

a.When you choose the method of payment by credit/debit card, we will redirect you to the secure page (with data encryption) of our bank Santander Central Hispano, where you will be asked for the number, the expiration date of your card and the code CVV2 / CVC2.

b.At this point, you will go to a screen in which the bank will ask for your secret PIN used at ATMs or a special PIN (secret password) that you have previously requested from your bank.

c.Finally, you will see a page that will indicate the status of your payment, if the operation has been authorized by the bank, you will be provided with the authorization code. You can print this page. You must press the "Close" button to finish the purchase process. At this time you will return to our website where we will thank you for shopping with us.

All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer to maintain security and prevent fraud.

If you need an invoice receipt for your order, please contact us by phone or email. You must provide us with your order number, fiscal address and NIF.
